Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the AnatoliaSource platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AnatoliaSource ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Use of the Platform is strictly limited to registered businesses and legal entities. Individual consumers are not permitted to use AnatoliaSource.

2. Platform Description

AnatoliaSource is a B2B sourcing platform that connects buyers and suppliers for business discovery and lead generation purposes. AnatoliaSource: • Does not sell products • Does not process payments • Does not act as intermediary in transactions • Does not guarantee any deal or agreement The Platform solely facilitates business introductions.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must: • Be at least 18 years old • Represent a legally registered company • Have authority to bind that company to these Terms Accounts created on behalf of individuals or fake companies may be terminated without notice.

4. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for: • Accuracy of company information • Maintaining account security • All activities conducted under their account Providing false or misleading business information is strictly prohibited.

5. Buyer Accounts

Buyer accounts: • Are free of charge • May only be used for legitimate sourcing purposes • May not be used to spam, scrape, or harvest supplier data Abuse of supplier contact data may result in suspension.

6. Supplier Accounts

Supplier accounts may be offered under free or paid subscription plans. Suppliers agree that: • Listings must be accurate • Certifications must be real and valid • Product claims must be truthful AnatoliaSource does not verify all supplier claims and is not responsible for business outcomes.

7. Prohibited Products and Industries

Users may not list, promote, or trade: Strictly Prohibited: weapons, narcotics, counterfeit goods, adult content, gambling services. Restricted (requires legal proof): tobacco, alcohol, pharmaceuticals. AnatoliaSource reserves the right to request documentation or remove listings at its sole discretion.

8. No Transaction Liability

AnatoliaSource is not a party to any agreement between buyers and suppliers. We are not responsible for: • Contract disputes • Payment failures • Delivery issues • Product quality • Legal compliance of users All transactions occur solely between businesses.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content including branding, interface, and software belongs to AnatoliaSource and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without permission. User-submitted content remains owned by the user but grants AnatoliaSource a license to display it on the platform.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that: • Violate these Terms • Provide false information • Engage in spam or scraping • Misuse platform data • Operate in prohibited industries Termination may occur without prior notice.

11–12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, business results, or lead quality. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnatoliaSource shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Platform.

13. Data Protection & Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with Turkish Commercial Law and KVKK (Turkish Data Protection Law).

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
